• In Chapter 3, Section 3.3.1.2.1.1 (Choice of method), Equation 3.3.6 (Annual carbon emissions from agricultural lime application), in the definition of "EF", the emission factor for dolomite (CaMg(CO3)2) application should be "13%" instead of "12.2%". 
• In Chapter 3, Section 3.4.1.2.1.1 (Choice of method), Equation 3.4.11 (Annual carbon emissions from agricultural lime application), in the definition of "EF", the emission factor for dolomite (CaMg(CO3)2) application should be "13%" instead of "12.2%".

• In Chapter 4, Section 4.3.3.4 (Sampling design), p. 4.96, "Clark et al., 2000" should be replaced with "Clark et al., 2001".
